Kromachem is looking for a dynamic, proactive individual to join our busy Watford office/warehouse as a Finance Administrator, providing support to the finance department with regard to control of the purchase ledger and stock.
This role is full time, office based, permanent and reports directly to the General Manager.
The successful candidate will be highly organised with a keen eye for detail, be self-motivated, enthusiastic and have a genuine desire to learn about the business. As a member of a small team you will need to demonstrate excellent team playing and communicating skills. Good sense of humour essential!

Key responsibilities include:
- Purchase invoice processing.
- Supplier payment processing.
- Stock entry on to our in-house system.
- Periodic reconciliation of stock held at Watford & remote warehouses.
- Production of monthly and annual stock reports.
- Assist with the annual stocktake
- Daily check of goods shipping from the Watford warehouse to ensure correct goods and batches have been selected and that the shipments are correctly labelled.
- ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 internal auditing.
- Additional finance duties as required to cover holidays and sickness.
Key skills include:
- Minimum two years experience in an office based finance role.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, email and internet.
- Must be confident using Excel and able to use functions such as V Lookup and Pivot Tables.
- Previous experience of ISO 9001 and 14001 (desirable, but not essential as full training will be given).
- Previous experience of using an in-house accounting software/ERP system such as SAGE, Oracle or similar.
- AAT qualified or part qualified (desirable)
