MICROTINT & KROMACRYL Aqueous Pigment Dispersions
Based on carefully selected pigments, KROMACHEM offers four distinct ranges of aqueous pigment dispersions to meet the most demanding needs of today’s water-based systems.
MICROTINTS are formulated using organic and inorganic pigments dispersed in a mixture of surfactants, monopropylene glycol, preservative and water. They are formulated to enable them to be stirred into most water-based systems without flocculation to give a uniformly coloured product.
KROMACRYLS are surfactant and glycol free, formulated using organic or inorganic pigments dispersed in solubilised acrylic resin, preservative and water.
The MICROTINT FDA range is formulated using organic or inorganic pigments dispersed in a mixture of surfactants, monopropylene glycol, preservative and water.
All the materials used are listed in the FDA 21 CFR regulations.
Compliant to: FDA 21 CFR178.3297 (Colorants for polymers)
For use in: FDA 21 CFR177.2600 Rubber articles intended for repeated use.
The range of colours is extensive, spanning more than 40 pigments.
KROMACHEM is always interested in extending this range of pigment dispersions and also offers a colour matching service to satisfy our customers’ colour shade requirements.
Both MICROTINTS and KROMACRYLS are extensively used in the coloration of:
